Sparinvest Property Investors A/S (SPI) was founded in 2005 and is one of the most resourceful and experienced managers benefitting from its vast experience in indirect real estate investments. SPI’s key characteristics are as follows:

• Dedication and Focus; SPI is entirely focused on indirect investments in global real estate.
• Experience and Global Network; SPI’s investment team is seasoned and benefits from a strong network, underpinned by our unique Advisory Board with members located in each target market.
• Alignment of Interests; the Investment Partners own a significant stake in SPI, co-invest in its Funds and are entitled to a significant share of the carried interest. Long-term stability of the team is hereby ensured and conflict of interests is mitigated.
• Transparency; Information about SPI-managed Funds is fully disclosed via investor-only websites. The information includes the basis of decision for each investment, including the advice from the Advisory Board, which is available immediately after the investment decision has been made. 

Currently, SPI manages Sparinvest Property Fund, a global real estate fund of funds incepted in 2006 with approximately EUR 480 million in total commitments. The second vintage fund, Sparinvest Property Fund II had its final close in June 2011 with total commitments of approximately EUR 200 million. Sparinvest Property Fund II is actively searching for new investment opportunities.
