Sparinvest Property Fund II (SPF II) is a global value added fund, which had its final close in June 2011 with approximately EUR 200 million in total commitments.
SPF II targets a net return between 10-13% to investors through carefully selecting “hard to find” small and medium sized funds with hands-on operating experience. The portfolio is expected to consist of 12 funds and will carefully balance risk and return.
SPF II will only invest in unlisted real estate funds, focusing mainly on the equity quadrant. SPF II will maintain a prudent leverage ratio of approximately 50% loan-to-value.
